People with disability are now heard, well communicated, had a clear vision of life and walks rightly with the consciousness of the society. Mayor FVE exerted all the efforts for them to be treated equally, and their chances to be notice is increasingly ubiquitous like the rest of the hearing and speaking people.  One of the best way to make a person enable is by pushing them they can. Their capability to earn a living is the chance to prove that they are not left behind. Today, most of the PWDs are currently employed, no excuses, no barriers and not cut off from the mainstream.

Composed from the very heart of Baliwagenyos, it is our will to treat them fairly. Proposed projects are set in from the Person with Disability Office (PDAO).
