Mayor-elect Ferdie Estrella invites newly graduates and young professionals from Baliwag to join his team in managing the operations of the local government unit, while servicing residents and various stakeholders in the first class municipality.
According to Estrella, “We need to revitalize the bureaucracy by ensuring that we have a perfect mix of young bloods who would deliver the required creativity and vigor in this fast-pace period of technological advancements, also the experienced professionals, to provide the wisdom and unprecedented dedication for government service.”
Estrella hopes to bring in with him employees with background in urban planning, technical writing, digital media, accounting and finance, organization development, marketing, community development, public order and safety, development studies and infrastructure development.
By opening the doors of the Baliwag Municipal Hall to his constituents who are willing and able to be of service to their fellow Baliwagenyos, Estrella said that this move will boost the integration and sustainable implementation of his winning campaign “serbisyong may malasakit”, a brand of service that is willing to go the extra mile to promote the general welfare of the people.
In his official facebook page, Estrella posted that the deadline of submission of application for the Baliwag LGU, including Baliwag Polytechnic College, Contract of Service, Casual, and Job Orders is on June 8.
