About the Youth Officials Program
The Youth Officials Program is designed to empower young citizens to take an active role in local governance and community development. This initiative provides youth with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain practical experience in public service, and influence policies that affect their communities.
Through this program, youth participants gain valuable insights into how government works, develop networking opportunities with peers and officials, and contribute meaningfully to community initiatives.

Program Positions & Roles
Youth Mayor
Represents youth interests and presides over the Youth Officials Council. Acts as official youth representative in government proceedings.
Councilors
Represent different barangays and sectors. Participate in council sessions and propose youth-focused initiatives.
Committee Heads
Lead committees focused on education, health, environment, and social welfare initiatives.
Members
Active participants supporting projects and programs. Contribute to committee work and advocacy efforts.
How to Join the Program
Check Eligibility Requirements
Be a resident of Baliwag City, aged 15-30 years old, a registered voter (if applicable), and demonstrate active participation in community activities.
Submit Application Form
Obtain and complete the Youth Officials Program application form. Submit along with required documents such as birth certificate, valid ID, and references.
Attend Screening & Interview
Participate in the selection process which includes document review, interview, and skills assessment to evaluate your suitability for the program.
Complete Orientation & Training
Participate in mandatory orientation and leadership training programs to prepare you for your role in the Youth Officials Program.
