  • Resibo at rehistro (Official Receipt at Certificate of Registration) ng motorsiklo na gagamiting pamasada;

(Note: Kung brand new ang motorsiklo kailangan rin magpresinta ng sales invoice at certificate of sales mula sa pinagbilan ng unit; Gayundin naman, kung ito ay second hand, kailngan naman ipresinta and Deed of Sale bilang patunay sa pag aari ng aplikante);

    • Lumang Prangkisa (Old Franchise)
  • Para sa bagong aplikasyon ng pamasadang traysikel ng Non Baliwag Toda (New)
    • Resibo at rehistro (Official Receipt at Certificate of Registration) ng motorsiklo na gagamiting pamasada;

  • Magpapasa ang kliyente/aplikante ng application form at kaukulang dokumento sa frontliner.

 

 

  • Ipe-presinta ang traysikel  para sa Roadworthiness Inspection.

 

 

  • Pumunta sa Municipal Treasurer’s Office, magbayad (window 2) at ibalik ang resibo sa frontliner.

 

 

  • Ibigay ang resibo at kunin ang Claim Stub.

 

 

  • Makalipas ang dalawang araw babalik ang aplikante , dala ang kanyang Claim Stub para sa kanyang prangkisa at parking pass.

  • MGA DETALYADONG HAKBANG/PROSESO

           – Magpapasa ang kliyente/aplikante ng application form at kaukulang dokumento sa frontliner. (10 minuto)

          – Ipe-presinta ang traysikel  para sa Roadworthiness Inspection. (10 minuto)

          – Pumunta sa Municipal Treasurer’s Office, magbayad (window 2) at ibalik ang resibo sa frontliner. (3 minuto)

          – Ibigay ang resibo at kunin ang Claim Stub. (3 minuto)

          – Makalipas ang dalawang araw babalik ang aplikante , dala ang kanyang Claim Stub para sa kanyang prangkisa at parking pass. (2 minuto)
